I almost took a tumble in the shower, the glass door's a bit tricky! Breakfast selection was lackluster, and I had some attitude from the blue-eyed brunette at the front. A bit more smile wouldn't hurt!

Staff was quick with check-in and check-out. The metro was just a few blocks away, making it easy to explore Milan.
